Learn to Meditate in 8 Weeks

A beginner-friendly meditation course with Lama Choedak Rinpoche. Tuesday evenings from 13 October, in person in Canberra or live online via Zoom.

A Calmer Mind Is a Skill You Can Learn

If you are feeling stressed, stuck in your head or simply curious about meditation, this course gives you a clear, step-by-step way to begin. Calm Abiding is a traditional meditation technique that is simple to learn and steadies the mind, helping you stay present instead of being pulled around by busy thoughts.

There are no prerequisites, just a willingness to learn. Experienced meditators are welcome too, and many people take the course more than once.
