Learning to practice a calm abiding meditation and being able to be present in all life situations in grace and dignity is what one can expect from doing meditation.
People long to learn how to mediate with a good discipline and develop a life-long skill to enjoy enduring benefits, rewards and many valuable gifts. But many people are unable to attend retreat, because it is either too strict or demanding for beginners.
In residential retreats people are daunted to rise early and stay up late in the night. This non residential retreat is designed to suit people from all walks of life. There are chairs available for those who cannot sit long on the floor.
